I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to reach out to each of you & let you know you’re in our thoughts & prayers at this time. The news is very scary right now & I wanted to address the situation & reassure you that here, at LUMA, we are not scared. We are committed to our mission to make the world a less lonely place & we are doing our best to bring love & hope to as many people as we can.
Some things to keep in mind at this time are:
1. Not everyone is panicking about the virus. There are still a lot of people who are pursuing a special relationship. Focus on positive things & keep your dating conversations light-hearted.
2. The less we go out to public places the less likely we will be to come in contact with the virus. FaceTime & Skype dates can be done in the comfort of your home & will still allow you to connect with a great potential match.
3. Remember, we can’t control the external circumstances but we can choose what we fill our minds with & how we feed our souls. I strongly encourage you to listen to positive affirmations, pray/meditate & limit the amount of “bad news” you subject yourself to.
You do not need to feel afraid or alone during this time. We are here for you! If you would like to schedule a call with our VP of Client Relations, Christy Tromp, we would be happy to do so. She can give you additional tips to help you find Mindfulness which is the practice of paying attention in the present moment; It is intentional & non-judgmental.
Viruses are contagious
Thank you for being part of our LUMA family. Life is like a pendulum that swings back & forth.
There are good days & there are bad. We experience sickness & days of great health. No matter what is going on, remember “this too will pass”. Nothing bad lasts forever.
Stay Well & Kind Regards,
Founder & President
